Right? I'm sure we can attract a better design there. It will come! It's a prime spot and we can get something better, glad they didn't settle for this one.

they could finally clean up the zoning, like the residents mentioned. The Planning Commission was doing it right. then council overruling them as often they do did this. fortunately the reversed course soon enough though. But they need to get the zoning fixed from the 1950s or whenever it was created, first. Level the playing field. It looks like these big developers just hire that Yellin guy and steamroll through to get what they need. Meanwhile The rest, I feel kind of bad, the small ones that can't afford that, they have to work with the mishmash of weird regulations here. Get it done, the city council needs to get on it.
