Older, professional couple with pets prefer to be near or in the historic district, near a friendly park to walk their dogs. A safe area is a must.
Price range in the 300's. Single family home, one floor, yard or patio.
Thanks very much.

I second the motion with a slight modification: Ardsley Park/Daffin Park. I think some realtors mislead a bit when listing houses that are not "exactly " in what you might call "Daffin Park" and THEN you are outside of the parameters of the OP.

ETA: "mid 300's" won't cut it in the Historic district at all.

Not sure what you'll get for mid 300's in Ardsley Park for that matter. The Historic District is a no-go.

I didn't want to burst the whole ballon at once.

I'v come across a number of real estate speculators that like to include the "other" side of Victory among their holding for sale in Daffin Park. Deep inside the other side. Quite honestly I never bothered to look to see the boundary lines of "Daffin Park", if in-fact one exists. IDK.

Thanks very much!
They are looking in Ardsley Park. 'Want to get close to the Historic District as they can. I hadn't heard about Daffin Park.
They have a bunch of properties to see in just a week. How to remember them all?? That was our problem when we looked in Asheville about 10 years ago.
No matter how many notes I took and photos.....got 'em all mixed up and 'couldn't remember one from the other when we got back home.
I think with the video option on Ipads today it would be a good idea to start videoing as soon as you pull up- to remember the curb appeal angle, etc. Then proceed as you go through the house.
Its amazing how much you miss when you are all excited and in a bit of a hurry.
Thanks again for the friendly help!
