YouTube - Quadrocopter Ball Juggling

There like flying tennis rackets Now just add a laser on them and you have flying sentry guns

YouTube - The Flying Machine Arena as of 2010 (Final Version)

Wow! I envision a set of these with a net that would immediately deploy and catch falling objects. Small landslides, people falling, at the sides of buildings in earthquake prone areas, etc. In parks watching children. If a stranger does something suspicious they go after them. That would freak out a pervert! Hmmmm, I also envision lawsuits...

I was totally amazed watching them.

Hey, I like that.
I was thinking police could put a camera on one of those and fly it around for crowd control or something. A soldier could fly it to some bad guys and set off a grenade. Might be lots of applications.

Or every backyard in the country will have these playing ping pong and entertaining the kids, then shooting down mosquitoes, flies, and gnats.

I'd set mine to harass the squirrels, rabbits, and crows until they went somewhere else.

Wow those look so cool! I want one! Lol Hopefully in the near future they invent a way to program them to do basic tasks. I can imagine the world in 30-40 years with tons of these flying around controlling traffic, serving food at restaurants, doing house work, etc.

I know this thread is old but I wanted to scout around for threads I never read before. I haven't seen these until now. They remind me of that old movie They Live except we can see them.....for now muwaaaaah.

But really they would be great for public security.
