So I would like to know, its 2014 why is it that we are still not driving flying cars, wearing jetpacks, eating food pills, living on the moon, and underwater, where is my wrist watch TV, my nuclear powered vacuum cleaner, my virtual reality headset, my holodeck and holograms? I thought we were supposed to be in the future by now. Oh well, I guess I will have to make do with computers, iPhones and video games.

Ha ha.

I for one am quite thankful that we dont have flying cars and people with jetpacks. OMG!!!!!!!! The havoc!

Living on the moon would be fun. I read a lot of sci-fi in my misspent youth, and found the idea of cities on the Moon and Mars intriguing.

What if the flying cars were automated? Would that make flying cars a lot safer?

That is because back then people did not understand how information technology advanced. So as much as they tried they just did not know how to properly predict what would happen.

Because we're not. Just look how far back we were, even, let's say, 10 years ago.

What exactly would we do with a wrist watch TV? Notice how mobiles are getting bigger? So we can see them and actually fit our fat fingers on the keypads!

Not to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but flying cars may exist, but we just don't know about them.
