This must be the deepest darkest secret in all of internetdom, but I was wondering earlier how the simple little tin foil pie dishes are made.
The term 'dish' is a bit extreme for those little single apple pies bases etc. but it seems to be the only term I could find that comes close.
Because of the folding around the curved edges these little items are not extruded, and also I wonder how the edges are folded over when the dishes are round in shape?
First they obtain the aluminum from tinflolius hatius an animal know to reside in basements. It's a relatively harmless and unintelligent animal but can be very dangerous to themselves when cornered.
