Do you think humans could clone dinosaurs like in the movie?
We have a hard time cloning existing animals as it is, even trying to clone a relatively recent extinct animal (Mammoth) is next to impossible since you need to extract usable DNA and as it turns out, even when frozen, their DNA gets degraded to the point its unusable.
I know the idea of mosquitoes in Amber seems plausible, but as it stands today, that DNA is simply unusable, its fossilized. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that mosquito has Dinosaur DNA in it, its also possible the sample was already contaminated from the mosquito itself.
Every once in a while I'm just taken back by "wow, humans have only been here for a relatively short period " Dinos have been here many many millions of years longer than us.
