We are moving from California to the Seattle/Tacoma area later this year. We know that IN Seattle will be too expensive for us, but anywhere between there and Tacoma would work out just fine. We're looking for a safe (ability to walk at night safely), affordable (under $900 for anything over 800sq ft) neighborhood within an hours drive of Seattle. I work at a Lowes, so being within 10 miles of one is ideal. We're trying to find neighborhoods, areas, streets, ect to continue our research for decent apartment complexes. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Any of them, really. Our plan is to find a couple complexes around several locations, then whichever location I transfer to, we'll choose from the ones we picked out around that location.
