Anyone know anything about them? Good reviews? Bad? I'm moving to Seattle in May and think it would be cool to live there for a bit until I land on my feet/get a job/figure out the area.

They seem really affordable, I know their small, but I want to spend a lot of time checking out the city and don't need a lot of space. Let me know!

Thanks!!!

Someone else on here is moving into those, but I don't remember who. Im moving next month and I was thinking about them for a bit, but they didn't accept pets and most didn't have parking. Other than that, I don't know much else about them. I ended up finding an apartment on my visit last month, so it's possible to get one even if you don't have a job in Seattle yet (me). Good credit and savings helps there though!

The developer has several locations. The prices run $400-$675 and they are tiny studios with "kitchenette." They are actually trying to copyright the term.

Very affordable if you don't have have claustrophobia, and they are in nice areas.

Sounds like the good place to call home if you don't have a whole lot of money to spend per month on rent and don't have a lot of stuff and don't mind living with roommates and all that that entails. Reminds me of college again, only this time no toga parties or blow off classes or getting drunk almost every day of the week.

Wait I went into engineering. I didn't go to toga parties, get blasted thursday-wednesday, and get a C- in Western History. ...

Anyway, this looks perfect for recent college grads or people who live on very little get by.

There's actually 2 other people who posted recently about them... one for sure is going to move in soon.

I'm not sure about the other-- I do remember he was saying that he contacted them and they mentioned they're just about full on all their Capitol Hill properties. It's a novel concept, so it's probably going to catch on fire ASAP (if the others haven't already filled up as well), especially given the affordability and locations.

All I know about them is that they have a different definition of Capitol Hill than anybody else. Only one of their six "Capitol Hill" locations is actually on Capitol Hill. The rest are First Hill or the Central District.

I'm one on them who is moving for sure in 2 weeks to be exact from Delaware. It's 610 a month for 225 square feet all utilities included. To me it's worth it for my first 6 months. It's small but it does the job while I get more established and comfortable with the city. I have saved close to 6k to bring with me which I think is more than enough since rent is so cheap

I like the looks (and price) of those, although I'd prefer to have my own stove. I guess I could get one of those single electric counter top burners and a toaster oven. Also not sure about the loft-style sleeping area. I can definitely see myself rolling out of that in the night.

The counter burner and toaster is also what I planned on doing. As for the loft, not every room is lofted.

Not sure how that looks like, but you can get a run down boarding house place (room) and shared shower and kitchen for 450$ at most. Look on craigs. aPOdment is better, but more expensive, lots of them new buildings.
