Could also be marriage. I think she's beautiful either way.
Ahhh, that's very nice. Too bad it won't let me give you any more reps for that.

You definitely need a hat or umbrella to maintain longer hair.

What I am tired of in Las Vegas are the extremes of temperature combined with the wind. It is so freakin' windy here. Too cold for me in the winter and too hot for me in the summer. I don't mind cold especially if without the wind. I'm not fond of freezing though.

What is the wind situation like in Seattle? I would especially love to hear from those who've live in Las Vegas or other desert locales.
I have lived in Reno and Seattle and oh my God the wind in Reno drove me crazy. It probably is similar in Vegas. Seattle, meanwhile, is extremely calm where I lived in the University District. I remember thinking how amazing it was in that neighborhood in regards to the complete lack of wind. It was awesome.

I lived eight years in San Francisco, and the summers are much, much colder in San Francisco. The winters are slightly colder in Seattle. It will snow on occasion in Seattle, while San Francisco receives a light dusting in higher elevations of the city about once every 10 years.

During the summer, San Francisco is much colder.

Ahhh, that's sweet! I always love to see sentiments such as those. Now if I can just find my own wonderful man who would say such lovely things.

Thanks. Good to know. I can handle cold and I think I'll be fine. I've always figured I could handle San Francisco weather. I do hate the constant wind in Las Vegas, especially in the winter. It gets so bad and make it feel so much colder than it really is. I always think the cold, non windy days are great, because they don't feel so cold.

Cool--an excuse to wear hats again...and an excuse to actually purchase the cute rain gear I occasionally see. It serves me no purpose now, so I always pass it by. I swear, when it rains here, I always want it to be raining exactly where I am so I can experience it, and it seems never to do that. It's always some part of town that I am not in that gets it. I'll leave home to run errands only to come home to find it rained while I was out. Dang!

The Wind Situation:
Yes, LV is very windy, no question about that. During the hot time, it's like having a blow-dryer in your face. During winter, it makes it colder than one would expect, temperature-wise.
I know exactly what you mean...the wind always makes it hotter or colder than it should be. I don't know if it is just me, and I am only noticing it more in the last few years, or if it has actually gotten worse. I think the latter.
