I was wondering if any areas in or around Seattle or in King County offer condos that are not apartment style and not attached by the garage?

Can anyone recommend a good realtor also? Thank you!

I found some standalone condos in unincorporated Snohomish county, near Mill Creek. Also, some houses on the market were at one point townhomes but zoning and listing rules have changed over time. For example, on the south end of Mill Creek there's some great townhomes (almost bought one there) that are totally detached from each other, but are maybe 10 ft apart on the sides.

Do the townhomes there require you to maintain your front yard? Also, are the just one-story?

I will have to check out Mill Creek next week and see what the area is like! Thanks!

No, they don't not the ones I saw anyway.

I would suggest looking for houses too. Many are old townhomes/condos which got converted to houses because of zoning changes, but kept the same services.

Also, consider regular homes because the home values hold higher.
