What is this all about? I hear it has nothing to do with the weather but more to do with the chilling effects of how Seattlites treat newcomers! Can someone elaborate? I'm super friendly and i have a winter coat... I doubt anyones tude can effect me that greatly.... But I really don't understand! Every time I have visited Seattle everyone has been super duper nice!
