I bought a MainVue house and unfortunately they are just another slam bam house. No care is put into the construction of the homes. My husband is a finish carpenter and he is always bemoaning the quality of work and materials. I would not buy from them if I had to do it again. I would definitely consider an older home that is built better.

That's unfortunate. They are one of the only mid priced builders that produce somewhat stylish homes that seem well suited to the local area.
