I coached youth soccer for 12 years, refereed and was a board member including president for 5 years, but I do not watch MLS games. I do try to see the highlights, most of the time 2-3 plays at most. Despite understanding the game, it's just not entertaining. They need to decrease the goal size by about half for more scoring, but FIFA will never let that happen. The huge crowds of loud fans we get at the Clink seem like they are there for the fun of comradery and drinking beer.

It may not be the Premiership but MLS soccer in Seattle is still a rousing event! Dedicated and excited fans and some exciting players make for a league that will only get better with time and Seattle shows the rest of the country how it is done in terms of fan attendance and loyalty! Most exciting thing to happen to Seattle sports in a long time....

But that being said...The Hawks are in it like they haven't been in a long time...Russell Wilson makes me say RG who?

Sounders definitely have a better atmosphere. I go to many games. Although, I fully admit that many go to Sounders games because it is the new, trendy, hip thing to do here. But, at least you don't have to worry about getting punched for no reason or beer dumped over your head. Seahawk fans are quickly becoming as douchey as Eagle/ Raider/ 49er fans. In fact, they are planting Seattle police officers in the stadium wearing opposing team's jerseys to quell the violence at these games.

I've never been to a Seahawks game or anything..But Seattle at home might be the toughest game in the league right now.

MLS might be boring. Watch Barcelona vs. Real Madrid or games from the EPL or the Champions League and you will understand how much fun it actually is.

Neither, I just moved here a month ago but I don't care for sports in general and after being surrounded by the insanity of my old homestowns obsession of our college football team all my life, not likely I'll really get into either
