So My partner and I want to move to Seattle next year as well as getting married there. Right now we both actually work as teachers in Colombia and are just realizing how much better it was in America. I have a 2 year degree as well as a lot of experience with customer service in the food industry, but I also have a lot of professional experience being a teacher overseas as well as in America. We both don't use a car so we need to know where is a good apartment to rent that is close to schools and grocery stores but also very close to public transportation. I know I don't have a 4 year degree and neither does my partner, and we only have a 2 year each, so does that mean we will be screwed when it comes to jobs ? Also my partner is Japanese and has the ability of teaching English or Japanese language classes. So we are two teachers that want to rent an apartment close to public transportation and available jobs and are wondering if it will be hell for us trying to get a job as teachers? Please let us know anything or any area recommendations. I KNOW it will not be cheap and it will probably be expensive, but we are very boring and prefer to relax at home and just go out shopping and play video games. Thanks for any help

Viva Colombia, love your country. I was just there last year: Bogota, Riohacha, amazing Palomino, Santa Marta, Cartagena, Armenia and magical Salento. It is nice here, just know that it is expensive.
