I don't have kids in ESL but presumably schools with a large ESL % of students must offer something? Lake Hills in Bellevue comes to mind.

In principle all should. But I wonder how I can find out which have the greatest support including both ELL teachers as well as bilingual instructional assistants. We are currently more inclined towards Seattle rather than the Eastside.

I believe Coe Elementary in Queen Anne is a school designated for this type of student. Doible check but it's a good place to start.

I suppose you could look to see which schools have the greatest number of ESL students, but not sure that is going to get you want you're looking for.
