Hello,
My daughter is supposed to enter 1st grade in the middle of next year without speaking any English :-0.
Where can I find a list of elementary schools who hold an ESL class/programs from beginners level ?
Thanks !
We are still considering where we will live, deliberating between NE seattle and Bellevue.

I don't have kids in ESL but presumably schools with a large ESL % of students must offer something? Lake Hills in Bellevue comes to mind.

In principle all should. But I wonder how I can find out which have the greatest support including both ELL teachers as well as bilingual instructional assistants. We are currently more inclined towards Seattle rather than the Eastside.

I believe Coe Elementary in Queen Anne is a school designated for this type of student. Doible check but it's a good place to start.

I suppose you could look to see which schools have the greatest number of ESL students, but not sure that is going to get you want you're looking for. Washington State Report Card

For example, Lake Hills Elementary in Bellevue has 35% of the students in ESL (they call it Transitional bilingual)
