Being a social awkwardly person, does anyone know that the hotels that provide laundry service (they do the laundry for you) accept men's delicates? Is delicates even the right word to use for men's underwear?!

yes - serious question. I'm just a person that never fits into society nor has the confidence of asking a person. *sigh*

Are boxer shorts "delicates"? Or "indelicates"? Why not just wash them in the bathroom sink?

You do know that laundry service isn't free, right. Same reason you shouldn't drink the little booze bottles they stock the fridge with - they'll charge you through the nose. You'll save a bundle by taking your duds to a dry cleaner or a laundromat.

Most higher end hotels offer valet laundry, and yes, it covers everything (including undergarments). I worked front desk at a luxury hotel, and used to hear horror stories about some of the dirty underwear that would get sent down to be cleaned. Just don't be that guy, and if you are please tip very well (you should always tip regardless for laundry service).
