It's Pete's defensive scheme, allowing lots of separation. I assume he doesn't trust his CBs to play closer?

They passed for gains all day long.

Flowers seemed pretty bad when I could see him.

Here's an article from 2016 on Pete's defensive style that I nicked from someone else:

It seems apparent at this point that the Hawks have dropped back to the level of the pack. To me they're just an average team now, with better than average head coaching. It's clear they are about due for a reload of young talent. Time to stock up on draft picks.

Now that we can see more tape it's gone from awful....to more awful.

Yeah, I think coaching is a very big question.

I haven't seen Pete's post-game presser but will soon.

He's never been a straight shooter.

Good performance today on the road against a divisional foe. Though they almost gave it up. Still a few things need to ironed out, especially on defense.

The first quarter was horrifying and gave me flashbacks to the 1979 Hawks game against the Rams when Zorn and company had -7 yards total and one first down... the whole game. Ugh. It was a nice turn around though, like a complete 180. Well done by the coaching staff and the players to hang in there.

Yeah, the first quarter and first half were not good.

Not sure what I think of this team.

Losing Jimmy G was fortunate IMO.

Rams next week....they can't afford to have lulls or screw ups with them.

I like the Seahawks but I’m a Niner/Raider fan at heart.
I thought it was a good game for the most part.
Kinda seems like the Hawks own the Niners for some reason.

I refuse to go to the new Niner stadium but I’m looking forward to going to a few Seahawk games.

How are you getting tickets?

I have never thought about that to be honest but I’ve never had a problem getting tickets for anything before.
My wife does the corporate business thing for a living and she normally gets great seats for free for most any event in the San Francisco area.
I figure that I can just buy them if she can’t get them.
Isn’t that what people normally do or is it different for the Seahawk games?
