I couldn't watch the game. I saw the interception.

People say it's one of the worst games they've seen in a long time.

And unfortunately, we play Michigan next week on national television.

Montana has been solid with a winning record for a long time. I still remember what my high school soccer coach would tell us (we were league champions multiple years). “Play to your peak and DO NOT underestimate these good but not great teams. They have nothing to lose and will come at us hard. They will kick your ass if you don’t play your best”.

Oof. Well it was nice anyway to be back in the Greatest Setting, and for the first time ever we were able to drown our sorrows in real time.

It's actually worse than that. UM is a Big Sky (FCS) team, not Mountain West (FBS).

I stand corrected. I really don’t follow either of them.

2 things need to happen to excuse UW from this loss.

1. They need to beat Michigan convincingly and finish with 9-10 wins

2. Montana needs to go on a run and finish top 4 in the FCS.

If Montana proves to have been a quality opponent and UW can get back on track, all their goals will still be infront of them still. The CFP window is closed though.

I know college football swings wildly from week to week. But does anyone really believe the Dawgs can beat Michigan this Saturday in Ann Arbor? From the week one evidence, no.

The Dawgs rarely do well on non-conf. road games. The odds aren't high under the best of circumstances.

I predict if WA is not competitive in Ann Arbor, Lake is a gonner.

Here is the Southern Cal perspective:

As an OU fan I can't wait until Bookie-Radley Hiles commits his first stupid and costly penalty for you guys.

Don't say you weren't warned.
