Issue One:
Goodtogo can find the registered owner of a vehicle, your name, address send you a bill, but can't look internally at their database and sort out that that registered owner does have an account on the system. By not looking at internal data it increases costs to drivers. GoodToGo hasnt reasonably tried to limit fees to drivers.

The registered owner is responsible for the tolls throughout the duration of my ownership. So while its interesting a particular vehicle wasnt linked on the website, its an irrelevant point as all the tolls on the vehicle are the responsibility of the registered owner.

Then when you try to remedy the situation, there is no means to correct a vehicle with a toll expect to contact during a limited window on the phone (and a long wait time). A reasonable means of communication would be email but they have taken away that function. GoodToGo fails to provided any efficiency to remedy issues, and by doing so maximizes fee collection.

Issue Two:
The posted signage is that if you have a GoodToGo account, you pay the listed tool, or a +2.00 mail fee. What the sign should say is if you have a transceiver, because even though they can scan your plate and find that your car is registered on the site, they charge you another scan the plate fee. The signage is misleading the driver as it hides a 0.25 cent toll.

Is there an action to be brought?

I remember when they first started "Good to go" and there were software issues and delays. There are still failures costing them money, such as the new car with only the paper plate in the window, which the cameras cannot read, so it's free tolls for several weeks.

Worse, however, is King County. We still get ballots from King County for my mother-in-law who passed in 2013, and can't stop it without paying $25 for another copy of the death certificate...from King County!
