Ok, the new commercial released today HAS to have been filmed somewhere around here.

The house looks like somewhere straight out of Lake Hills in Bellevue and I think you can spot Lake Sammammish in the background when the chinese delivery kid is giving his schpiel...

If not, if someone was wondering what houses in that part of Seattle look like, well, there you have it. The end with the street scene looks like a zillion places around here (except fewer trees).

The car in the garage has an older Illinois plate on it, but I think that's just there to throw you off.

Seriously, anybody have any guesses?

Nope. All I know is what I heard on the local news some nights ago, that the CM cost $30 million. Or was it $300 million? Oh well, they can afford it...

It definitely does look like generic eastside suburbia. Reminds me of the Lake Hills neighborhood I grew up in. The commercial itself is hilarious. It's so refreshing not to be talked down to and beat over the head with a sales pitch (ahem *Apple*). I don't know if anyone noticed, but the dad is the editor of the Baltimore Sun in The Wire season 5.

No, there's a second, longer commercial with the two of them where they're staying with a "regular" family.

Just go to windows.com and it'll start playing after a few moments (the second one).

The siding on all the houses, the colors they're painted, landscaping... it has to be around here.

Great link! That's a nutty commercial! And Billy does a pretty decent acting job, for somone who's never been known for a zippy presentation style

Notice at the end, the street? Looks like parts of West Seattle, or Renton, or Brier, or...

And Jerry don't wear jeans with no 32" waist no more!!
