Hi,
I'm a tattoo artist station in Valdosta, Ga. I'm planning on moving out to Seattle by the end of the coming summer. Do you guys know of any good shops in the area that may be hiring? If I can't get a tattooing job right away, I'm willing to get another job first. What are some easy to get jobs in the area that don't require experience or degrees?

Thanx,
John

Slave to the Needle - two shops - one in Wallingford (where I go) and one in Ballard

It's the place tat artist try to get into because they are known as TOP in the biz, and only hire the best artists

I'll second that. I was driving from NY to Seattle and stayed in Nashville, TN for 2 nights. While I was there I got a tattoo and mentioned to the artist that I was on my way to Seattle. She said that she has never been to Seattle, but has heard time and again about Slave to the Needle. She actually wanted to build up her portfolio and then move to Seattle with hopes to work there. Just my 2 cents, but it is well known throughout the country, I suppose.
