We can read about bad service on many threads, but it seems that we seldom read about great companies. Anyone who would like to experience great customer service should call L.L.Bean. Talking with their reps is always a pleasant experience. Their folks are pleasant, knowledgeable, and really interested in helping the customer.

Liberty Mutual..... I have had an automobile policy w/ them for over 50 years ( when I was still on my Dad's
insurance ). Never had a problem . Still waiting for my gold watch , though .

People may not recall what you said to them, but they will always remember how you made them feel .
All of these I have had items to return or repair. All took the item willingly and for free. All repaired or sent me an upgraded newer similar device to replace my then-non functioning one.
Great companies that know their customers and reputation are as important as their products.
My former wife ( deceased) had a very short fuse and we were having problem with DISH.
She was the one who knew what problems she had, so she conversed with the wonderful trouble shooter,
The problem was complex because it involved my son and his wife switching the DISH account to their name but some DISH equipment was theirs brought from a previouis location and some was mine.
My wife lost her temper several times yet the DISH rep remained very calm.
45 minutes later everything was working.........2008
