Prop 65 cancer warning on my Computer Laptop Stand (2013, California, print)

I just noticed this on my Computer Laptop Stand:

I use this stand every day at work. Does this warning mean I should return my product?

That notice is on tons of products, California has diff. rules than the rest of the country - don't lick your stand, you'll be fine.

I get a similar notice in packages of bolts. California is apparently overly concerned about my nuts.

It would not surprise me in the least if upon entering California, on their nice big welcoming sign there is some nice small print at the bottom. Warning: The state of California is known by the state of California to contain or produce chemicals known to cause cancer.
