I haven't been to this restaurant as of today but I am thinking about trying it out. They seem to be all over the place between Shreveport and Monroe. Has anyone else been to one? Your comments would be welcome.

We have one in Longview. They are weird and GROSS.

Oddly - they run out of food often. I think that is so strange.

I was kind of afraid that the quality may be subpar. Not the best locations-stuck in a cash magic video poker casino-come on now. They seem to be all over the place lol.

They were supposed to open in the old T&S Steak & Lobster on S'port-B'dale, got the signage up but nothing happened. I recall reading a story in the Sport Times about "Sam" saying that he was going to hold off until the economy
improved. The signage has been on that place for at least 2 years and still not open which seems weird to me. He then opened a place on Hwy 71 across from B'dale next to Beams in the old Monterrey Mexican / Mrs. Winner's Chicken bldg. I think he has other businesses like SAM's Smokeshop. As the signage looks the same. To me, the signage looks like something low-rent IMHO. I have no desire to go there, just appears that way to me FWIW.

I've been to the one in Monroe and in Bastrop. It was good to me!! They give you tons of food and the prices were very fair!

Makes me think of a place that would serve buffalo-the fish. It probably doesn't but I dunno.

The reason they are all over the place is because they can fill all those restaurants up. This is because the food is good, and the portions are huge. If you order a 3-piece fried fish combo, you usually end up with 4 or 5 pieces and they are all enormous. Their shrimp are quite large as well.

Anyone who thinks it isn't good must not like Louisiana food, because I have a bunch of coonass friends and they all love it.
