Being single in Sioux Falls (to eat, activities, area)

I was wondering what you guys do here? I am single and it seems like the only thing to do is go out to eat or go to the bar. The pavilion, zoo, and the falls are great but that is about a weekend or two's worth of activities.

Where are you from and what types of things did you do there? I traveled to the area for years for work, and grew rather bored.
