Is Happy Rest Motels a good motel to stay? how much a month to stay?how about 10th street apts. how much a month to stay there? If anyone hears about more places to stay for a month or longer,that is affordable(cheap) let me know. thank you

I know Nites Inn on 12th Street has monthly rates. I'm pretty sure people actually live there too...
I looked up Happy Rest Motel, because I wasn't sure where it was... That's in an industrial area on the northeast side.
Sorry I can't provide any other information for you. I would try calling the motels for information.
