I asked why Charleston is growing so incredibly fast and I got some answers from a few people on Citydata that said that its "just Charleston's time". Boeing, stable economy and post Hugo, Charleston has been on its way up from there.
I just recently read an article about Boeings future expansion with plans to add 2,000 workers. Could this mean it wont slow down and only continue then? Boeing is growing like crazy.
2000 jobs on top of 6000 jobs, with their spouses and children tagging along, won't lead to as big of a burst in and of themselves. Other things might make the MSA continue to grow fast. Any MSA that's growing at a healthy pace in general could see a big burst related to new investment.
