I think this was Food Lion #1248's predecessor. The trapezoidal loading dock in the back is typical with Food Lion stores.

Food Lion #1248 must have replaced another supermarket in Kingstree Square, Bi-Lo #5441's predecessor.

I think you're right. Next time I am up that way, I'll stop into the library and check an old phone book.

Kingstree is a very picturesque little down.

I doubt it would be logical sense for Food Lion to serve Kingstree with two stores.
