Sorry I put the info in the wrong place, Our house was built in 2006 WE have $59,000.00 of upgrades you can go to owners.com ID#WPD9044 to see this home Lugoff is a wonderful place to live. we are going to stay in this area. Also taxes are low.
Does anybody know anything about Ryan Homes? I looked at a model home and it was beautiful, but everything was an upgrade. Take all the upgrades away and it looks like any other bland home, but with a higher price tag.
we finally bought a new home and Eastwood is the builder. They have won awards and we could not be happier. Any time there has been a problem of any kind, no matter how small, they have come right over to fix it. Right now, they have a special going on with employee pricing. There is a home up for sale that has been completely pimped out, over 3000 sq feet, all upgraded that backs up to woods and they are asking in the 260's for it. It is a steal!!!!!!!
Anyone out there have much positive/negative to say about Derrick Blanton Builders? We are looking for a small, active, family community within the Forestbrook area of Myrtle Beach. Planning to move next summer (2010).
DR Horton has been thrown out of the State of SC for building code violations like building homes without footers!!!!!!
OMG!!! One of the communitues we asked for info on uses Horton. How'd you find this out?
