I have found properties that are unusually lower priced than others in the area. Is anyone familiar with the Sunny Hill subdivision? It is northeast of the city center. The houses were built in the late 70s. It really doesn't appear to be a bad area (of course, nothing does!). I wonder if there is a problem with the homeowners association.
