I have posted about Seneca before in December- when we were first looking into the area- and now we know we are definitely moving. We are moving in early July, and we are going back down in 2 weeks to find housing. There are SO many different little subdivisions down there around the lake & in the area, but I really want to find the most kid-friendly one in Seneca. Plus we need to be within a 12-15 minute drive to the hospital. We have 3 daughters, ages 1,5,6... and I want to find a community that best suits them. Does anyone with young children live in this area that could give me a few ideas? Cross Creek Plantation appears to be nice- we toured there in January and they said they have young families in the community. Lake vs golf course doesn't matter to me at this point, I just want to keep my girls very happy with the move. Thank you!
