I've looked at meetup.com, too, and didn't see any groups in Rapid City that had any decent activity. I'm bored to death when I'm not at work, but haven't figured out any decent ways to meet people around here. I didn't try using Black Hills, I'll have to check that out. I may have to come join you guys on your hike
I love the scenery around here, but I'm not familiar enough with the areas to figure out how to get to any good trails, and I'm not in good enough shape to be wandering up or down a mountain by myself!
