A woman was arrested after a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon at Dacotah Bank on Main Street in Mobridge.
Sonja M. Brown, 50, of Mobridge and formerly of Fort Yates, N.D., was apprehended by authorities in the alley outside the bank after attempting to leave, Mobridge Police Chief Mike Nehls said. Brown is being held in the Walworth County Jail in Selby on second-degree robbery charges until bond is set. Nehls didn't expect Brown to appear in court on Wednesday.
