Can you believe it---Christmas is 3 weeks away! So with that being said, will you be staying close to home? Or will you be traveling during the Christmas holidays? If you are traveling, will you be going a long distance?

My family and I have decided to stay home this year. If you do decide to travel, I hope you have a safe trip.

I can understand why you are happy to have Christmas in Rapid City. For the pass few years DH and I have not been home for Christmas. So we are very excited to stay home this year.

Since I pastor a church, we never go anywhere for Christmas. Christmas Eve, we usually come home from church, eat a late supper and then read the Christmas story from Luke 2. We'll gather around the piano and sing "Jeg er saa glad hver julekveld" and then we open our gifts.

Christmas day, when we're done milking and doing chores, the kids play with there gifts and my wife makes a big dinner. I pull out my accordion and then everyone takes cover!

Anyway, our Christmas travels amount to to and from church and back and forth from the barn to the house!

Hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas!!!!
