Obviously, you don't have control over your children's lives.

I don't understand your threads. You seem to be fixated on children's issues like grandchildren, gender preferences or switching children at birth.

I recommend seeing a doctor or therapist about your worries.

It's not up to you whether your grandchildren have kids.

How can you make sure that you don't want them? It sounds like you already don't. Why does it matter what you want?

You can't. You get zero say in the procreative choices of other people, period, regardless of whether or not they are related to you. If you are asked to give an opinion by one of your grandchildren and no one else, you would be entitled to express your opinion that you don't think it's a good idea. But other than that, it's none of your business, and you need to keep quiet on the topic.
