Philly suburbs - a good place to move? (schools, child, kids)

I am researching a possible move to the Philadelphia suburbs as the public
schools in my area are horrendous and there are no private options. My daughter is 9, ASD, very bright but definitely in need of support in the classroom. I am forced to homeschool her since things here are so dismal.

I have started researching schools in your area and there is no doubt that
services are superior to what we have here. I've been to all of the IU websites and read their material but I would really appreciate hearing from parents first-hand. I am considering the districts in Chester, Montgomery, or Delaware county.

My questions are:
What schools/districts would you recommend?
How progressive are they when it comes to inclusion and teaching ASD kids who
are academically bright but need differentiated instruction?
Is the atmosphere at your school welcoming and inclusive? Are efforts made to include your children in all aspects of school life, ie. performing arts, clubs, etc?
Are you happy with related services?
Are you happy with your community services, both with what is available in terms of activities for your children (camps, social groups), and with private services?

I lived in Delaware County through 2nd grade - in the Marple-Newtown school district. It is my understanding those are GREAT schools. As a kid I had no clue - as a parent who lives in places that have not so great schools and has to make the best of it, I can appreciate it now.

I have a friend who lives in Wallingford and for a long time, lived in a very tiny condo/townhouse just to stay in the zone for the schools there.

I am sorry I don't have any information on special ed but in a general sense I will assume that it is at least average to above average, considering the districts are good and have money.

I hope you get more specific answers to your questions, but just wanted to let you know the schools in that area are considered great. Esp compared to CCSD (I see Henderson in your location) - we are moving to Las Vegas this summer and I am researching the schools now - unfortunately.
