Schools are good, but like every other public entity, struggling with funding.

Yes schools are public and friends tell me they are good. The recreational activities are awsome. We love the summers there. Be careful in the winter/snow months though, 4x4 is definately the mode of transportation.

Wendy actually ran us around Spokane when I was out for my interview...which was invaluable. She was awesome. I know she likes it out there but she
seemed a little reserved when we asked about the schools.
Just wanted to get some other's ideas on it.

Not allowed to talk about school districts favoring one over the other....sorry guys! I can give you links to all the school district info and let you decide for yourself what's important to you. What's "good" to one person might not be considered good to someone else. This is the state's report card on all districts for the 2007-2008 year that you can choose and compare districts.
