Hi All,

I'm not sure who I need to contact about this, and if anyone here works for the county but this is my complaint:

My wife and I live up in the Five Mile area. Five Mile has been growing in residences very fast. The intersection of Country Homes Blvd and Cedar Rd is getting extremely dangerous for vehicles. There is no turn signal or stop lights in place, and the traffic all the way from 8 AM - 7PM is very busy. It is very inconvenient to have to turn right onto Country Homes then down Ash, turn left at the signal on Five Mile, then turn right onto Maple which then takes you back onto Country Homes. I am scared I'm going to be making a left turn one day onto Country Homes and get pummeled by someone who is speeding down Country Homes in either direction. Traffic really needs to be reinforced there. If you measure the traffic at this intersection you will see there is a need for traffic signals. Please take this into consideration for the safety of all motorists who live on Five Mile and come from Cedar Rd and motorists that live around this intersection.

oh boy - I sure agree with you on this one Mikester. And there's barely any room in the median to wait if you do happen to make it across halfway. scary!! I usually wait about 5 minutes and if I can't make it, I turn right and come back another way, especially if there's cars lined up behind me.
