Based off the last 4 years of golf play at Augusta, who will win the 2012 Masters?

Tiger, Rory, Phil, and Luke are the favorites based on the odds.

My buddy gave me Tiger vs. Field... I took the field.

Well, yeah if there were no odds to lay, you take the field every time, your friend sounds like a bad gamlber

Tiger at 3/1 in vegas is insane. I know its more a reflection of the betting patterns than what the oddsmakers actually think, but for it to get to 3/1 is pretty mind blowing for a guy that hasn't won a major in many years.

I'm in a pool where you can only take 1 guy out of the top 5 favorites, I went with Rory over Tiger. I think Tiger has a good chance to win, but if he has a bad day thursday or Friday, I don't think he can leap the rest of the field in the weekend. We'll see though, it's hard to get your arms around what he will do...

This is my favorite sporting event of the year. I'm going to rename this thread to hopefully get some discussion going.

I think this year will be a toss up, I don't see Tiger taking this one, yes he just came off a win but I don't see him with enough steam coming in to overcome Augusta.

This week, I'll take Tiger over any other single golfer and probably win 4 out of 5 times.

I guess that depends on what you consider "bad". I don't think he's ever had a "good" Thursday as he's never broken 70 in Rd1... or maybe that's just with his four wins?

Yea - someone put that out there, and my buddied said "Tiger". And I jumped on that, I said - really? I'll take that bet ;-).

Yikes, saw Stenson had a bit of a stumble after getting to -6 at one point. Snowman on #18 to finish at -1, too bad.

I'm going to go with Phil Mikkelson. No particular reason, just playing a hunch.
