If you can't grasp the difference between a perjorative, racist term and a silly hyperbolic claim that everything might offend someone, that probably means you are a racist
I won't list out all the terms that have been used to describe, for example, Blacks, Jews, Italians, Mexicans, Irish and so on. But basically think of the most offensive word used for any of those groups and imagine your local football team being called that
I bet not ever here Anybody from the Right,Left or Boomers call this Generation "Snowflakes"
"There, There Changing the name of everything, it so unfair, I just want to watch sports Whaaaaaa, Whats wrong with the Redskin name, Whaaaaa"
Whose the snowflakes Now, Hypocrites Much
Now I do believe they are going overboard on some of this stuff, But a lot of this stuff should of been dumped after civil Rights Movement.

I don't need to explain it as it's completely irrelevant to removing the use of a racial slur as a name of a professional football team
Actually it’s a symptom of this very mindset I was mocking with this topic. When you accept that it’s perfectly fine to rename buildings and sports teams because someone finds the name offensive then unless sanity prevails there will be nothing named.

and again, if you think "someone finding it offensive" is the same as a racial slur, you are not someone I have intention of conversing with. Preferences are one thing, bigotry is another
We now know the Redskins name is soon on its way out. How long before they look for another sports team name to be considered offensive?
New Orleans Saints is offensive to atheist and Muslims.
San Francisco 49ers because of what those miners did to the natives and the land
New York Jets offensive because jets pollute
Pittsburgh Steelers because of factory pollution and steel being used for war
Atlanta Braves offensive to natives
What other team names could be next? This is for fun to poke fun at the always offended.
You are NOT funny. It shows that you are sitting in a place of privilege.
Why do you think it's okay to insult the true, indigenous Americans?

And now they’re trying to cancel a Broadway Play because of OFFENDED! They’re trying to cancel Alexander Hamilton. Told you it won’t stop at one thing.
I'm waiting for some clown to start complaining about the name "Cleveland Browns"....even though they were named after a guy with the last name Brown...who was white...and has nothing to do with the color of someones skin.

But, ya know, America in 2020....
well, you'll certainly be ready to counter that when the time comes...
which will be...
never.
