Hi everyone... I found a renatal an Bergman Street. Does anybody know where that is and what kind of neighborhood it is in? Are there Bad neighborhoods/ streets in the area that you would suggest that we stay away from? I have the area up on a pedastal. I'm sure someone will bring me down, right?

I located an E. Bergman St. in north Springfield, located off of N. Glenstone, between E. Division and E. Chestnut.

I don't know much about that area, since I don't live in Springfield (yet), although I do remember it. I am intending on moving to south Springfield, at least south of E. Grand and probably south of E. Sunshine or further south than that.

There are some nice older areas in that area and there are some not so nice areas. The problem with some of the areas up there is that it's very mixed. Some lovely older neighborhoods that have been lovingly kept up...and there are areas that are more rundown. Before you sign anything...check it out in person.

Its a pretty bad location for a house. right in line with the downtown airport runnway and surrounded by a trailer park and industrial buildings.
