The conclusion to the case: as I expected because he was a local boy, a plea deal with most major charges dropped.

Bottom line, his last name....one of the founding fathers of Washington, Ut was a relative. In any other place, this kid would be tried as a terrorist ....not here, he has connections. Sad fact, yes was only 16, but so was the gal who joined IS. That's what this kid wanted, so send him over there, see how they feel.
