No

Not fine dining.

We’re are not snobs. My wife can make a better steak at home than Morton’s that would cost us well over $100

Renting a Tahoe so could fit bikes in back

Already looking at Cinderella at the theatre

Don’t golf. Don’t hike

We would bike earlier or later in the day

OK, you are adapting, just remember what the daytime temperatures could get up to.

Forget the within an hour time/distance.
Take one or two of your 6 days and go a bit north for some awesome sightseeing!
Your air-conditioned car will make it comfortable.

Then drive the I-12 Route as described in the article.
Get up early (this will be an all-day affair!), go to a grocery store and buy some stuff for a pic-nic lunch.
Take plenty of drinking fluids, not too much high sugar content!
No Coke products please unless you do not care about your health ... your choice.

It is about 3-4 hours from St. George to Torrey which is about the halfway point of a giant loop you can drive ...
You could hang out in Torrey, stay overnight if you can book some place early and then go further north and then west to pick up 89 to go south back to St. George.

When you do go, leave a trip itinerary with your host and let them know when you will be back for Justin Case!

I have done I-12 flying 500 feet above the ground! Talk about incredible!
