What months would one generally rule out weather-wise in visiting Bryce, Zion, Staircase?
That would be too hot in daytime >85 degrees or too cold snowy in daytime <50 degrees

July and August might be too hot for Zion, not so much for Bryce unless you were planning to do some very strenuous hiking. December - February might be too cold or snowy for Bryce and too cold for Zion if you don't want below 50. Grand Staircase hot and cold seasons might be a little shorter but you should still watch out for snowstorms if you plan to take 12 all the way over Boulder mountain.
