Missouri was a great fit for the Big Ten (or rather the Committee on Institutional Cooperation), especially with their nuclear engineering program. I could still see that happening in the long run.

I currently attend SLUH right now, and it has changed my entire life. I went to a public grade school. And I hated it. School was boring. However, after my freshman year at SLUH, I learned to love school and everything in it, from my priest Father Marco. Catholic Schools have something that public schools lack in the sense that they form a loving of education, a willingness to serve the poor, and a great discipline. I cannot say the same about my friend who went to the public school in my area. He just got a tattoo and is going to community college. Catholic schools may not be worth it in an educational sense, but it is ten times better in the shaping of the young men and women who enter the school, which in my opinion is the best thing a school can do, change its students for the better
