Are there any bakeries in St. Louis that do a lot of fondant work like what you would see on Cake Boss, Ace of Cakes, or Challenge? We are getting married in August and love fondant work but a lot of the bakeries we have found do primarily icing. Thanks!

I have several friends who use her, and I have been looking for a good excuse! Check out Patty-Cakes in Highland, Illinois - about 35 minutes or so from downtown St. Louis. The owner, Pat, and her team took 1st place on TLC's Ultimate Cake Off! Wow!
