I had no idea there is so much stuff on the market now...recently visited a local health foods/medicine store...garlic pills, cranberry bills, multi-vitamin, mushroom pills, Vitamin B pills, Vitamin C pills....all kind of pills...
I take a multi-vitamin. Specifically, a childrens' chewable. I'm going to start taking Tums (for calcium) and vitamin D again (I had been taking them but I got lazy) in addition to the multi.
Other than that, I don't rely on supplements to keep me, or make me healthy. I rely on eating better, exercise, and reducing stress.
