I have stage 3 kidney disease and they don’t have one for that.(If anyone knows of one let me know.) I hired a nutritionist to give me a diet. It’s a strange diet, no more whole wheat or avocados for me.
Yeah, me too but the nutritionist had quite a few dietary restrictions for CKD (bananas, whole wheat, avocados, etc.) got me thinking about multivitamins.
I appreciate you sharing the article. One thing I would add is to pick multivitamins that have high bioavailability and safe ingredients tested by labs and third parties. I personally only trust brands whose products are manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility held to the standard of medicine/medical supplies, and whether researchers and scientists continually update the product.
