You can look it up on Amazon and read thousands of reviews on the product. If you just went by these reviews, you'd conclude that it must be a fantastic product. However, there are literally dozens of other products that are VERY SIMILAR and all of them that I've looked at are similarly highly rated.
I don't know how much trust you can really place in these reviews. Often, people think they are feeling better just because they're taking something that's supposed to make them feel better. A sugar pill might have the same effect.
I think that the product you asked about has well over 2,000 reviews. Perhaps you could read all 2,000+ of those reviews and let us know what you decide. Just kidding. Good luck in your search for information.

That laundry list of deficiencies cited in the FDA letter point out the buyer beware, or at least buyer be careful issue around supplements. A big issue is you just can never be sure what's in those supplements, and not everything in a supplrment may be harmless.
But this Balance of Nature claims it contains servings upon servings of fruits and veggies in a single capsule.
Have you tried these? Did you notice improvement in your overall health?
Please share wisdom and experiences.
I would not try them. I avoid high priced overly advertised products. I prefer to buy supplements during coupon sales on sites like Iherb, Vitacost & Vitamin Shoppe.
There are many other fruit and vegetable supplements on the market made by reputable supplement companies.
I really like Pure Planet Best of Greens. I think it has one of the best formulations.
I don't know how reliable the review is but even here it says that you should take these IN ADDITION TO fruits and vegetables. I'd recommend making smoothies if the person can do so. Throw in some fresh greens, maybe some fresh or frozen strawberries, half a banana, blueberries, etc. Add milk or a milk substitute and the person can drink their fruit and vegetables. They could still take the supplement if they wanted even more but the supplement alone is no replacement.
I'd think someone would stand more of a chance of getting more of those fruits and veggie servings they say are required daily for good health if they can be ground into a smoothie or two. I can't see how that many veggies/fruits and their nutritional contents could possibly be compressed into a capsule or two.
