And if someone posts an update about their experience here, for example….a person feels different about the area, I’ll switch around names on the lists as needed.
If someone never posted again on City Data, I'm assumed they still live here, therefore some of those "(Yes)" listed may in fact be wrong.
I may have missed a few members. Please let me know if someone isn't on either list that should be.
This isn't a perfect survey, so please do not expect it to be free of error, I did as best I could with the amount of information I was given.
Lastly, please correct me if anything is incorrect.

I agree- I wonder if there's any way to nail down where the people from the City of Syracuse lived? It would go a long way for new people to see which PARTS of the city they should possibly avoid and which were a pleasant experience.
Favorable, but I didn't move here from elsewhere - I am a native of the area, . Having said that, I lived and worked in Ithaca for four years back in the 90's and then in the NYC (north Jersey) area from 1999 - 2003. My job brought me back here, and based on my extensive travels and friends/relatives who live elsewhere - I think this is a good place to live. I continue to struggle with the lack of sunshine in the area from November through March, but that's simply an environmental issue that you either deal with or move away from (or run away for the winter - which I will begin doing when i can.)
